Boys.

Its late, I’m tired and getting up early for a run tomorrow before going to school to do a history test I kinda studied for and a test on a book I haven’t read. And I was just asked on a date. But because he’s broke it would be at his house. A first date at his house. My mom doesn’t want me to go. She’s fine and even happy with the date part, just not the ‘his house’. I’m not sure I’m OK with that part too.

And I like him, and we’re going to prom together and I’m over-thinking and everything’s a mess and I snacked a lot while babysitting earlier and I should have read that book and ARG.

So, that’s my post.

Sleep Blogging

I was going to blog about how tired I was and how walking to and from school was enough exercise but then thought…well nothing. My body wants the exercise, and sleep, mostly sleep, but I’ll sleep better knowing that I worked out. So I’m sleep-exercising, only I’m awake. Tomorrow I’ll read this post and see that I lost all sense of intellect because of the fatigue but be able to say: “I did it anyway”

OK, if I don’t go now I never will.

Day one….flop into the slush on the side of the road.

So, last night I stay up later than usual, that’s OK, I have no school, but then, Mother bloody Nature wakes me up at 6:20 with EXCRUCIATING abdominal pain along with….the ‘usual’. Feeling down I had a, although healthy, big breakfast. Three muffins ( no crap or oil in them-homemade raspberry almond) and 1\2 cup banana raspberry smoothie….not too bad. But being tired and bored ( how much is there to do at 6:20 a.m with out waking up the family, really?) I added chocolate chips. 1\4 cups. So, I thought, don’t worry, I’m going skating. I did. For around an hour. Then my friend who invited friends and I skating, brought us back to her place (after a peanut butter cookie at the café) to her place where she had prepared a FEAST. Cheese fondue (you dip pieces of white bread in melted cheese, common in Quebec), chicken salad (only healthy thing….not too good taste-wise), party mix and BBQ ruffles ( sneak foods are the bane of my existence….that and winter),these little phylo pastries filled with goat cheese and cranberries (God, they were good) and to top it off, chocolate cake and ice cream. I’m achy from mother Nature and its ‘slushing’ out (slush, the kind you find on the road in the very early spring, falling from the sky). Not to mention the 2 hour Driver’s Ed class Just had to take. I hate myself for saying this, but there is no way that I can find the motivation to workout tonight not even if I stare at a picture of Andrew Scott in the hopes of one day meeting him…..FLOP.
