You thought I gave up, didn’t you. I didn’t I just haven’t had time to post. There are pictures, which I’ll upload later.
Banana Protein Almond Smoothie ( day 8)
1 banana
1 tsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
0.5 frozen banana
I mix the protein powder with 1/4 c water before adding it to the smoothie.
Peach-Pineapple-Kale Smoothie (day 9)
1.5 frozen peach
1/4 c. Pineapple (diced. I froze it)
1 c kale
1/3 frozen banana
Water or green tea
Peach-Pineapple-Kale Smoothie Take 2 (day 10)
1 peach, frozen
1 c. Pineapple
1/2 c. Kale
Water
Strawberry-Pineapple-Kale Smoothie (day 11- today)
1/2 c. Pineapple
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1/3 frozen banana
1/4 c. Kale
Water

So I didn’t post a smoothie yesterday. I had one, though.
Same one as day 3 because that’s all I have. Today, I’m going to a party. So smoothie is for lunch. We don’t have any greens in my house ( mom’s getting some today) it’ll be a protein shake…I’m thinking blueberry-raspberry. And whatever else we have in the fridge. I also found a name for this smoothie meal replacement: Smoothie-a-day Project. Not very original and I could have come up with if earlier, but I’ve been busy.
I also just want to share that I ran for 45 minutes this morning. I don’t really calculate distance, but its the longest I’ve ran in a looking time. Legs are killing me. I love it.
Raspberry Supposedly-Green Smoothie
1/2c. frozen raspberries
1c spinach
1/3 banana
water or tea

Like I said-Supposedly Green.

1 c. spinach
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 peach
1/4 banana
water or green tea
I swear, it was olive/army green. And was approved by the Little Sister Taste-test. She liked it. I liked it. My mom wouldnt to
touch it but took a pictue and posted it to her Facebook.

Went for a jog. Holy Moo, it feels great. Didnt feel great doing it, but now…awesome. If I run everyday thisweek I’m going to a new Austrailian restoraunt with a frined on Friday. Any who, on with the smoothie!
This one went to school with me as lunch…was green-ish white-ish in the morning, and at 11 it was more like apple juice.The organic brown kind. Didnt look apetizing, but tasted amazing. Seeing as it was lunch, I added protein powder.
Protein-Apple Green(ish) Smoothie (Makes 1 BIG portion or 2 small ones)
1 scoop whey protein powder (I suppose you could use some other kind, I just dont have any…though I don’t suggest chocolate flavoured.)
1/4 banana (frozen)
1 green apple
kale or spinach (I suggest you add alot, 1c. wasnt enough for me)
water or green tea
For all of it its 202 calories.
This was this morning. Didn’t take one at lunch.
